ecuador benefit shoot 3 . rockland lake, new york

For the past 2 years we have been traveling to different children’s homes in locations that are close to our hearts. Two years ago we went to the Asha house in India. In January of this year we went to the Rehema Home in Kenya and this coming year we’re planning on heading to the Hogar Para Sus Niños (For His Children) in Ecuador. While there we will be doing some photography work documenting daily life in the home as well as documenting the stories of the children. With these photos the staff will be able to continue to raise funds and awareness for the needs of the children. We will also be donating funds to the home for the needs that they have as well as doing a sweater drive for the children. They live at a very high altitude and encounter cold weather all year! (More on this soon). It is always such a privilege to be able to do this and bring us s much joy!

We’re so excited and grateful that so many people here in the U.S. have come out to help us in our desire to help these kids and be part of giving them a hope and a future that they can get excited about. The majority of the children at Hogar Para Sus Niños have special needs and we’re looking forward to meeting them!

These benefit shoots we’ve been doing the last 3 years are so much fun and we get to meet and hang out with some beautiful people, tell them about our trip, and of course get some fun photos!

Thank you all for coming out and allowing us to document your families in a unique way. We’ll update you all about our trip on our blog and Facebook pages. For now here’s a preview of some of our favorite images from our third and last day of shooting…
